Cobham & Castle Hill
The northeast corner of Hunt Country, toward the Louisa County line, which Cobham Park straddles. The three largest sales in the Keswick ZIP were here: $19 million, $8.8 million and $8.5 million, each on several hundred acres.
Cobham Park was built about 1855 for William Cabell Rives Jr. and listed on the National Register in 1974. Castle Hill, near Route 231, was built in 1764 by Dr. Thomas Walker.
